“Sonder” is the idea that there are millions of stories happening all at once, around each other, oblivious and contained from one another.

We look at anonymous people crossing us and realize that they are like us, or we are like them may be due to their work, relationships, their choices, lessons they’ve learned. They are each burdened by their mistakes and failures, their worries, and regrets. They are lifted by the things that make them happy, whatever those may be.
